Rick Brewer is pursuing a dual Master’s degree in United States History and Library Science at Indiana University Bloomington. His concentration within the library school is archives & records management and professional interests include public history and audio-visual archives. Alex Kaufman, Chief Advisor

Alex Kaufman is a senior at Denison University, majoring in Spanish and Communication. Some of his experience includes Sports and Technical Director of 91.1 FM WDUB (OH), play-by-play and color commentary for the Denison Sports Network, and sports media coverage at Awful Announcing. Kaufman played an integral role in the launch of the program and continues to provide advice when it comes to booking guests, audio production, and social networking. Rachel Kozy is a designer based in Columbus, Ohio focused on branding, UI/UX, and typography. She currently works at Minds On, a digital marketing agency. Her biggest contributions to the podcast have been creating the logo and Twitter banner. She also provided critical feedback during the website relaunch and various web projects. Tristan Olson, Assistant Audio Technician

Tristan Olson is a Broadcast Media Professional based in Athens, Ohio.  He worked as the radio broadcast and board operator for 91.3 FM WOUB (OH) and for Clear Channel Radio in Chillicothe, Ohio. His contributions to the podcast have been instrumental, providing audio equipment, technical support, and music. Olson graduated from Ohio University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Communication in Audio and Music Production.

Chris Jillson, Narrator

Chris Jillson is a doctoral student of history at Indiana University Bloomington. His research interests are in Latin American Studies, particularly modern Nicaragua. Jillson’s booming voice can be heard in the introduction and concluding credits of the podcast, which has brought the broadcast to an even higher professional level. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Reed College (OR) as well as a Master of Arts in history from New York University.
